Restricting access to an ESX server

To limit rights in vCenter for a SC.

Create a local windows account on vCenter. Standard user no expiration on password and no ability to change

Create user in vCenter. Create role in vCenter with correct permissions.

Create new Cluster with that server in it. Assign that user to the esx server in question. Also add that user at the top level with no access to top level server so that they cannot view the other clusters in vCenter.
